01Who we are

This policy covers the Android game Recoil Robots, called Geri Tep: Robot Arenası in Turkish, and this privacy and support website. The game is developed and provided by Hamza Yıldırım. It is free, has no advertising or in-app purchases, and is intended for players aged 13 and older.

02What the game stores on your device

The game saves campaign progress and scores, robot and cosmetic selections, equipped upgrades, language and music preferences, and earned achievement records in the app’s local storage. These records keep your progress between sessions. Campaign play works offline; the game does not upload a complete campaign save or provide cross-device campaign restoration.

For achievement syncing, the game keeps a hashed version of your Google Play Games player identifier and acknowledgements of achievements already submitted for that account. The original player identifier is used in memory and is not saved by our game code. The hash is still an account-linked identifier, not anonymous data.

03Google Play Games

The game uses Google Play Games for platform sign-in and achievements. A connection may be restored automatically according to your Play Games settings. You can keep playing when sign-in is unavailable or unsuccessful. Earned achievements wait locally and are submitted when a connection is available.

When connected, Google handles your Games account and achievement information. Our game reads your player identifier to keep achievement submissions associated with the correct account. Our code does not request your email address, friends list, contacts, location, or extra Google account permissions. We do not operate a separate player account system.

Google’s Play Games SDK also collects analytics and diagnostic information automatically for SDK stability and product improvement. These SDK activities are separate from the local game save. Google encrypts the SDK data described in its disclosure during transmission. Profile visibility and other Google settings may affect how your game activity appears to others. 04How information is used and shared

Local game data is used to run the game, remember preferences and track achievements. Google Play Games processes service data to provide its features and operates under Google’s privacy terms. We do not sell personal information, add an advertising SDK, or run a separate game analytics service. We do not send your complete campaign save to a developer-operated server.

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and resolve the issue. Avoid including information that is not needed for support.

05Retention and security

Local records remain until you clear the app’s storage or they are replaced by later game progress. Android device backup or transfer settings may affect whether app data is restored; uninstalling alone should not be relied upon to remove every backup. Google controls retention of data held by Google Play Games under its own policies and account controls.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request deletion of correspondence we hold. We take reasonable steps to protect support information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

06Manage or delete your data

To remove this device’s campaign progress, settings, queued achievements and saved account hashes, open Android Settings → Apps → Recoil Robots → Storage → Clear storage (wording varies by device). This resets the game’s local progress.

To remove Google-held game data, use the deletion controls in your Google Play Games profile. Google provides instructions for deleting individual game data or your Play Games profile. Google Play Games deletion and local app-data deletion are separate actions.

If you keep the local game save and reconnect after deleting Google-held game data, locally earned achievements may be submitted again. To remove both, clear the local app data and the game’s data in Google Play Games. Google’s Play History is a separate setting with its own controls. 07Younger players

The game is intended for ages 13 and above, rather than children under 13. We do not ask players to submit their age, name or contact information inside the game. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can address the request. Google account eligibility and parental controls are governed by Google.

08This website

This static website contains no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms or embedded social media. It does not set its own tracking cookies or save your language choice. Links to Google services open pages governed by those services’ policies.

The website’s hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, such as an IP address and browser request details, to deliver and secure the page. Hosting is provided through Cloudflare; see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Sending email opens your own email application or service.

09Changes and questions

We will update this page if the game’s data practices change and revise the date above. You can contact Hamza Yıldırım at [email protected] with privacy questions, access or correction requests, or deletion requests for information we hold. Rights available to you depend on the privacy laws that apply to your situation.
